What Can the Himplant Actually Do? Real Results, Not Hype

FDA Clearance Matters

The Himplant is an FDA-cleared device.

That’s more than a regulatory checkbox, it means:

This is not filler.

What It Does in the Flaccid State

One of the most visibly transformative aspects of the Himplant is how it changes the penis when flaccid:

• Stretches the penis closer to erect length — especially appealing for men who describe themselves as growers, not showers; improves locker room, gym, beach confidence; for a man who’s 3" flaccid and 6" erect, he may now “live” at ~5.5" flaccid.
• Increases girth significantly — average patient ~3.5" flaccid circumference; post-implant often ~5" or more.

That’s a substantial, visible change in both length and thickness — a natural increase in overall flaccid size that turns a grower into a constant shower.

What It Does When Erect

The implant is designed to open around your natural erection thanks to a hinge on the dorsal (top) side. This design allows the implant to “grow” around your penis as it becomes thicker and fuller with an erection. Depending on the implant size and your body’s response, the end result is eye-opening, natural-appearing girth in the erect state.

What It Does Not Do: Increase Erect Length

Let’s be perfectly clear: The Himplant does not increase erect length.

Why? Because erect length is anatomically capped. You can’t extend the erectile bodies beyond the natural limits set by:

• Nerves
• Vasculature
• Tunica albuginea (the sheath around the corporal bodies)

If you pull a man’s flaccid penis, it stops at a defined endpoint — the implant cannot and should not push beyond that.

The only way to enhance perceived erect length is by removing suprapubic fat, which exposes more of the shaft already present but hidden at the base.
