Why Glans Enhancement Doesn’t Work—And What You Should Know
Many men visit our clinic asking if they can enhance the size of their glans, or the head of the penis. This is a question that often follows visits to so-called “sexual health specialists” who offer glans enlargement via injectable fillers.
Unfortunately, the answer is clear:
The most commonly advertised approach involves injecting dermal filler (typically hyaluronic acid) into the glans. On paper, this may seem plausible. In practice, it doesn’t work.
Anatomy Matters
At present, there are also no proven surgical procedures that can safely and predictably increase the size of the glans.
While surgery exists for penile girth enhancement, the glans remains functionally and anatomically resistant to surgical enlargement.
Unfortunately, many of these glans enhancement procedures are offered by:
The result is often disappointed patients, poor aesthetic results, or complications that require further intervention.
We believe strongly in evidence-based, results-driven men’s health care. If there were a reliable way to safely enhance the glans, we would offer it. But right now, there simply isn’t.
If someone is offering you glans enhancement through filler, it's important to understand:
Don’t be sold on procedures that sound promising but don’t deliver results.
Enhanced confidence is closer than you think.
