Once a patient has decided to go forward with the procedure our concierge will help schedule the procedure and arrange for financing if necessary. The procedure is performed in the comfort of our beautiful, private office in Coral Gables. Patients are offered the option of nitrous oxide during the procedure to achieve maximal comfort. At the end of the procedure the penis is wrapped with a light surgical dressing. After a period of observation patients may drive themselves home following the procedure.

Dr. De Fazio is an Ivy League educated surgeon and attorney who established Miami Men’s with the goal of forming the world’s premier center dedicated to male cosmetic surgery, sexual health and wellness.
DR. ADAM DE FAZIO, MD, JD
Dr. De Fazio completed his undergraduate degree from Columbia University in New York. From there, Dr. De Fazio went on to a postbaccalaureate program in pre-medical studies from Harvard University and, ultimately, his Doctor of Medicine degree at Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons. Dr. De Fazio completed his general surgery training and urologic surgery residency at the University of Minnesota.
During his time in Minnesota, Dr. De Fazio gained extensive experience in reconstructive surgery with particular focus on penile surgery, prosthetic urology and urethral reconstruction. Dr. De Fazio’s research has produced publications in the areas of reconstructive urology and sexual medicine.
Dr. De Fazio speaks English, Spanish and Italian.
